Paris, Restrained

Reuters is reporting that Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Tim Murphy has issued a restraining order against Paris Hilton. The order says she must stay away from party planner Brian Quintana, who accuses the video star of being really really mean. Her lawyer says the order is actually a victory for Ms. Hilton, since she wanted to stay away from him anyway.
