Please Remove Your Nipple Rings

Mandi Hamlin wants an apology and government investigation after she was told to remove her nipple rings or miss her flight.
Hamlin's attorney, Gloria Allred, said the woman "was given a pair of pliers in order to remove the rings in her nipples ... The rings had been in her nipples for many years."

Upskirt Photos OK!

Oklahoma's Court of Criminal Appeals ruled 4-1 that a 34 year old man did not violate the state's "Peeping Tom" statute when he took an upskirt photo of a 16 year-old girl since she was in public, without an expectation of privacy.
In a dissent, Appeals Judge Gary Lumpkin wrote that "what this decision does is state to women who desire to wear dresses that there is no expectation of privacy as to what they have covered with their dress."

Loss for Air Passenger Rights

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against New York's Air Passenger Rights Law, saying the state didn't have the authority.
The appeals court said the new law was laudable but only the federal government has the authority to enact such a regulation.
